It only took four days after being on the market for my house to sell – And at $45,000 over asking. I had questioned Mercedes' marketing strategy. She explained with no pressure and left it up to me. I ultimately agreed to go along with her strategy and she was right. I followed all of her suggestions to get my house ready for sale and received top dollar. Her online presentation of my home was accomplished and professional.
